Get ready for WINTER with some Health & Well Being tips.
In partnership with LMETB & the Newtown Blues we will host four workshops between October and November.
Each workshop will focus on health & wellbeing topics that are applicable to each of the individual groups below:
Women
Men
Older Adults
teens/ young adults 16+
A workshop is 3 hours for each group and will include a break with light refreshments provided.
We encourage your attendance to avail of these free education and well-being workshops for club members - but numbers may have to be limited so early registration is advised.
